Sweet!
Sometimes life just doesn’t fit on a 12 x 12 page! Hence this 18 x 18” page that was displayed at the recent Craft and Hobby Association (CHA) Show in Chicago. Isn’t it wonderful that we are no longer limited to the size of our die cuts?!!! I love how my Klic-N-Kut Maxx easily adapts from a 4 x 5.5″ card to an 18 x 18″ Big Page! And speaking of “unlimited” how about the fact that we can create die cut shapes to match what’s going on in our photos or what inspires us in the patterned papers we have selected. I often mimic shapes that are pulled from the photos or papers I’m using! For instance, I recreated the argyle shape in the center of this page and the 5-layer flower on the lower left side of this page. In addition to creating the scalloped banner and “SWEET” title on this page with my KNK, I also used my Maxx to create the simple red scallop located at the base of the large photo. The possibilities are endless!
