Peace Out
Confession Time…I only use my Klic-N-Kut Maxx to cut paper and cardstock. It’s the industry I work in and all I that need. Don’t get me wrong…I admire and appreciate all the clever amazing things that the other Team KNK Design Team members create, but I’m just a simple paper girl!
With that…I am at no loss in finding new creative things to do with my KNK. This month my Team KNK submission is a clean 12 x 12 scrapbook layout featuring a large shape (peace sign) and die cut title {my signature style}. I love this urban-artistic photo and felt a peace sign and cute font would compliment it nicely. Once I laid out my page I felt it could use more dimension, so I topped the peace sign with 50+ buttons. This task would have been nearly impossible if I didn’t have the peace sign template to guide me. My subject is further enhanced by the die cut “Chick” font. The tiny flowers fit right in to the letters and some are topped with 3mm brads for dimension. I added some texture to the page with purchased layered flowers, tulle, pom poms and more buttons.
Here are the links to download the items cut for this file, followed by a list of the supplies I used:
